Missing Packages

If you feel your package is missing or has been misplaced please contact me so I can double check the shipping info! If we both feel it is lost, please file a lost package claim with usps. I will give any information you need but unfortunately once the package leaves my hands it is no longer my responsibility as I have done my part in creating, packaging, and handing the piece to the post office.

If a claim has been filed and not found it is between USPS and the customer to handle financial losses as I have done my part on my end to get the item out in a timely and safe manner. IF USPS LOSES YOUR PACKAGE OR IT IS STOLEN I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING YOU AS I HAVE DONE MY PART.

Accidental Orders

Accidental Order Policy

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we always aim to be fair and transparent with our customers. However, placing an order on our website requires multiple steps, including reviewing your cart, entering payment details, and confirming your purchase.

Because of this multi-step checkout process, orders are considered final once they have been submitted. Claims of “accidental” orders are carefully reviewed, but we cannot guarantee cancellations or refunds on this basis alone.

If you believe you have made an error, by ordering the wrong item or item length etc, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we cannot promise changes, we will do our best to assist before the order is processed or fulfilled.

We encourage all customers to review their order carefully before completing their purchase to ensure accuracy.

What Materials Do You Use?

Materials are always listed in the item description! We use sterling silver for our clasps and crimp beads, and stainless steel for our extender chains! Sterling silver, stainless steel, and pewter are commonly used with our beads, chains, and pendants! ALL beads are ALWAYS Natural stone and genuine turquoise!

Shipping Turn Around Time

Ready to ship items ship within 3-5 business days. Usually same day!

Made to order items ship within 1-2 weeks of order date! Meaning you probably will not receive your item in that timeframe but it will leave my hands and begin the travel to you!

General Returns

Return Policy

Due to the unique nature of our jewelry, all pieces are carefully described in detail so you know exactly what you’re receiving. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind drop pieces, these are final sale and cannot be returned.

For made-to-order items, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have any concerns, please reach out and we’ll be happy to review your request.

Damaged Hand-Strung Pieces (Pearly Pony Originals)

  • If your piece arrives damaged upon delivery, I will repair it free of charge.
  • If there is a maker flaw (such as defective stringing, clasp, or construction), I will also repair it free of charge.
  • To qualify for free repairs, the damage or flaw must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • For all other repairs (normal wear, accidental damage, etc.), a small repair fee will apply. Please reach out for a repair quote.

Damaged Native-Made Pieces

  • Since I am not the maker, and most of these items are one-of-a-kind, I cannot offer repairs or replacements.
  • If your piece arrives broken upon delivery and you can provide proof of damage (photos within 48 hours of receipt), I will issue a refund.
  • Beyond arrival, I cannot offer refunds or repairs on these unique items.

Damaged Vintage Pieces

Vintage pieces are hand sourced and pre-loved (they're vintage). With vintage items there is normal and natural wear and tear and patina/ tarnishing. ALL VINTAGE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Because they are most likely one of a king I cannot replace vnatge items and there is no repair or return for vintage items as well!

Please take extra care of your pre-loved vintage pieces as they have lived a long life!
